Seven names cleared the bar today, weighted heavily toward Canada — Brixton (BC), Gold X2 (Ontario), TomaGold (Quebec) and Li-FT (NWT) — with gold dominating the count and two cross-metal bonanzas standing out: Metalsource's 6.28 m at 1,156 g/t AgEq in the Carolina Slate Belt and TomaGold's 204 m of 2.05% ZnEq at Berrigan. No Exceptional holes — the day's quality sits in the Great band — but Newcore's clean high-grade gold extension below the Enchi reserve pit and Brixton's polymetallic Cu-Au-Ag step-out at Thorn are the most investable results on the sheet.

Newcore's NBDD086 returned 21.0 m at 3.51 g/t Au from 245 m at Nyam, including 9.0 m at 5.91 g/t — a clean orogenic gold hit below the pit shells that constrain Enchi's reserves, at grades above the reserve average. At GT 73.7 g/t·m it is the day's strongest single-metal "clean" result, and a GT/MCap of 0.62× is healthy for a ~C$119M developer. It is a depth/lateral extension, so the value is in adding ounces beneath an existing pit — the kind of intercept that can pull material into a future mine plan. It ranks mid-pack versus a June that featured bonanza Au holes above 700 g/t·m, but those were narrower or higher-cap; Newcore's width-plus-grade at a sub-1× cap makes it the most ownable gold hole today.
