The First Assay Tuesday Drill Digest TSX · TSX-V · CSE · NYSE-A · Nasdaq · October 27, 2026 | 13 companies 154 qualifying holes 8 jurisdictions |
A heavy Tuesday: 13 companies and 154 qualifying intercepts across eight jurisdictions, led by gold. Goldsky's Rajapalot infill in Finland posts the biggest headline figure (12.6 m at 233.6 g/t Au uncut), but that number rests on one 3 m interval at 969 g/t and falls to 14.2 g/t (GT 179) at a 50 g/t top cut. Awale's Charger link-up in Côte d'Ivoire (49 m at 4.65 g/t, 25 m at 8.71 g/t) is the cleaner value story, Copper Giant's Mocoa porphyry in Colombia (724 m at 0.78% CuEq) leads base metals, and Lundin Gold's Fruta del Norte conversion drilling supplies the day's highest grades, albeit on a roughly C$20B market cap.

Goldsky Resources GSKR TSX-V · C$825M Rajapalot (Raja zone), Finland PAL0433: 12.6m of 233.56 g/t Au (uncut)* from 219.9m incl. 3.0m of 969.49 g/t from 223.1m · top-cut (50 g/t): 14.19 g/t |
|
The headline is 12.6 m at 233.56 g/t Au uncut (GT 2,943), a Raja-zone infill hole at Rajapalot that contains 3.0 m at 969.49 g/t. Treat that as nugget-affected: at the 50 g/t top cut the same interval is 14.19 g/t for GT 179, which is still Great-rated but only 0.22× GT/MCap, below the 0.25 floor the selection uses. On the uncut figure it is 3.57× GT/MCap and the best Au result in the 30-day archive (#1 of 1,185 Au rows by AuEq·m); on a top-cut basis it would not rank there. Deep (from 220 m), so underground-scale economics, and an infill hole, so it de-risks existing resource rather than adding a new zone. Orogenic Au-Co lodes in Finland, a stable jurisdiction. Watch for the same release's PAL0441 (6.15 m at 24.16 g/t) and PAL0434 (15.4 m at 7.67 g/t), which are the more repeatable grades. Not a streak: no Goldsky results in the last two weeks of the archive.

GT/MCap Spotlight — Top 5
Au, Ag and Cu metrics are on different price bases — not directly comparable across metals. The two Kingsmen entries are silver (Ag g/t·m) on a C$34M cap and are not comparable to the Au and Cu names; the best clean ratios are Goldsky, Copper Giant and Awale.
