A 14-company Monday, and for once gold does not have the floor to itself: two copper releases (Getty's 150 m of 0.71% Cu next door to Highland Valley, Algo Grande's 30 m of 1.5% CuEq skarn in Sonora), two Mexican silver programmes (Capitan, Silver Tiger), a Nevada tungsten skarn (Guardian Metal) and a Carajás PGM-Ni system (Bravo) all cleared the screen alongside seven gold names. The gold side is wide-and-low rather than narrow-and-rich — Thunder Gold's 404.5 m of 0.45 g/t, Axo's oxide infill at San Antonio, NiCAN's 75 m of 0.65 g/t — with FireFox (7 m of 11.36 g/t) and Blue Jay (14 m of 6.15 g/t plus 124 g/t Ag) the high-grade exceptions. Coverage note: all 20 in-window JMN releases were read (three via newswire mirrors); JMN carried nothing over the weekend, so wire-only Friday-afternoon releases are not captured here.

Thunder Gold went back into a 2023 hole at the Bench target and drilled another 294 m past the old end-of-hole; the extension averaged 0.418 g/t and the combined run is 404.5 m of 0.453 g/t from 297.5 m, still in mineralization at 702 m. This is a bulk-tonnage alkalic breccia-stockwork story, not a high-grade one: 68% of samples beat the 0.19 g/t MRE cut-off and the best sub-interval is 27 m of 0.83 g/t at the very bottom. The hard question is economics — 0.45 g/t between 300 and 700 m is below what an open pit carries at that depth and well below underground grade, so the value is in what it says about the system's vertical extent (~150 m below the current pit shell, "may be strengthening with depth" per the company) and the Q4-2026 MRE update, not in mineable ounces per metre drilled. It screens well on value-per-dollar at 3.10× on a C$59M cap; the higher-grade gold alternatives today (Axo 18 m of 8.15 g/t, FireFox 7 m of 11.36 g/t, Blue Jay 14 m of 6.15 g/t) lost only because the selection picks absolute grade-thickness. 30-day peer rank: outside the top five — last Friday's issue alone carried Nuvau (618), Founders (550), Wesdome (440), Hemlo (270) and American Pacific (228 g/t·m). Watch for how much of this depth the Q4 pit shell actually captures, and the next deep holes the company says are planned.

GT/MCap Spotlight — Top 5
Au and Cu metrics are on different price bases — not directly comparable across metals. All five leaders today are silver-equivalent intercepts, whose unit scale inflates GT.
SLVR ET-26-649 Ag 25.22×
CAPT 26-ERRC-63 Ag 20.03×
CAPT 26-SRRC-32 Ag14.85×
CAPT 26-JMDD-06 Ag10.97×
SLVR ET-26-643 Ag 10.15×
Every one of the top five is a silver-equivalent number — Silver Tiger's 2.1 m Caleigh bonanza (catch-up from Friday afternoon) and Capitan's Cruz de Plata step-outs — and none of them is comparable to the Au or Cu names. Best clean ratio on the sheet: NiCAN PG26-06 at 3.87× on a C$12.6M cap, then Thunder Gold 3.10× and FireFox 2.95×. Among copper, Algo Grande's 1.84× on a ~C$25M cap and Getty's 1.50× are the two that matter; Guardian's tungsten looks rich on AuEq·m at spot APT but the C$2.4B cap makes it a 0.005× rounding error.

Not Screened
Cosa Resources (COSA · TSX-V · C$81M) — Murphy Lake North (70/30 JV with Denison), Athabasca Basin, Canada. Thirteen summer holes (6,752 m) along 650 m of the Cyclone trend all hit structure and alteration but the best hand-held radioactivity was 0.5 m at 340 cps (RS-125 on core); assays pending. Below the radiometric-watch bar (off-scale or ≥10,000 cps peak) — not rated. Follow-up drilling early 2027.

Geiger Energy (BEEP · TSX-V · C$18M) — Aberdeen / Apollo target, Thelon Basin, Nunavut. First-ever hole APL26-001 returned ~16 m of elevated handheld radioactivity in two zones at 206–228 m (peak 400 cps on core, 777 cps downhole probe; GammaGuard CT-007), described by the company as a second grassroots discovery. Below the radiometric-watch bar; assays pending, timing not stated.

Hercules Metals (BIG · TSX-V · C$507M) — Hook target, Idaho. Reconnaissance hole HER-26-03 hit intense phyllic and distal skarn alteration with 5–10% pyrite ~400 m west of a 1.8 km IP anomaly; no assays reported (company expects them to be vectoring-only). Alteration release, not drill results.

Bravo Mining (BRVO) — PGM component. Bravo's Luanga holes are screened here on their nickel-sulphide content only (best 39.75 m of 0.32% Ni, Great on the secondary Ni threshold). The Pd-Pt-Rh values that actually carry the release (54 m of 2.83 g/t PGM+Au incl. 5 m of 10.68 g/t) have no GT threshold or AuEq conversion in the framework and are not reflected in the ratings or AuEq·m.

Boreal Gold (BGLD · CSE) — Fay Lake, Manitoba. 190.38 g/t Au is a surface grab sample from a trench, not drilling. Out of scope.

Fortitude Gold (FTCO · OTCQB) — East Camp Douglas, Nevada. 12.19 m of 0.87 g/t Au incl. 1.52 m of 2.85 g/t. OTC-only listing — outside exchange coverage.

Coverage. Window: Friday 11 Sept 16:18 UTC → Monday 14 Sept. All 20 in-window JMN releases were opened (Axo, FireFox, Algo Grande and Laurion via newswire mirrors after JMN's long-URL 403). Silver Tiger and Algo Grande are Friday-afternoon releases missed by Friday's issue and are archived as catch-ups. JMN listed nothing on Saturday or Sunday; releases that went to the wires but never to JMN are not covered.
